28 Fundamental Beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
Seventh-day Adventists accept the Bible as their only creed and hold certain fundamental beliefs to be the teaching of the Holy Scriptures. These beliefs, as set forth here, constitute the church’s understanding and expression of the teaching of Scripture. We are currently going through a study of our fundamental beliefs together from time to time at our prayer meetings on Wednesday night from 6:30 to 7:30. Come and join us then as we praise our savior through song, testimony, prayer request, and study.
Below you will find a list of our 28 fundamental beliefs. For each fundamental belief we will be memorizing a verse that supports that fundamental belief that is also included in the list below. Also included in the list are links to each fundamental belief to the corresponding webpage on the Seventh-day Adventist website and to the online book - What Seventh-day Adventist Believe. The online book is an excellent read as each chapter contains generous textual references to each fundamental belief.
